STRATEGY, IDEATION & WIREFRAMING /

The Festive campaign is a major commercial moment for the brand, spanning 25+ digital touchpoints including homepage, landing pages, three campaign storytelling pages, curated PLPs, emails, and app content.

I led the UX and design for two of the key storytelling pages and five curated PLPs, leveraging my product expertise to shape the user journey from inspiration to conversion. We began with data analysis and collaborative ideation, followed by wireframing, iteration, and cross-functional reviews. With driving users to PDPs as a core objective, I ensured product visibility and access were embedded at every stage of the experience.
